One of the largest man-made lakes, Lake Hartwell has 56,000 acres of water and 962 miles of shoreline, bordering South Carolina and Georgia on the Savannah, Tugaloo and Seneca Rivers. Many campgrounds, public parks and marinas make Lake Hartwell one of the Southeast's most popular public recreation lakes.

Another beautiful area lake, Lake Keowee, has 18,500 acres of water and 300 miles of shoreline.

With its crystal clear waters and pristine mountain environment, Lake Jocassee is one of the most beautiful lakes in the area. Lake Jocassee has 7500 acres of water and 75 miles of shoreline.

Anderson is located at the mid-point of Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC on the I-85 corridor. Anderson is also located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a 1 hour drive to the Appalachian Mountains and just a 4 hour drive to our beautiful South Carolina coast. Anderson is only minutes from Clemson University, Anderson University, Southern Wesleyan University and Tri-County Technical College.
